AXIS BLUE
CONTROL THE WORK. CONTROL THE RECORD.
Disclaimer

Disclaimer.

AXIS BLUE is an independently developed project. It provides operational capture and visibility for field work, but it is not a legal system of record.

Operator inputs and accuracy

AXIS outputs depend on information provided by operators and connected systems. AXIS does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or correctness of operator-entered content, third-party system data, site conditions, or outcomes. The deploying organization is responsible for training, policy, and operational oversight.

Evidence, integrity, and local-first handling

AXIS may apply sequencing, timestamps, and capture rules to improve record integrity. These controls can reduce risk, but they do not eliminate the possibility of error, omission, misuse, or misconfiguration.

In the current stage, non-foundation usage is local-only by default. Photos and other large evidence items are stored locally on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to export or share them. Foundation-level usage may store structured records and related outputs beyond the local device when configured.

Availability and field conditions

AXIS services depend on infrastructure, device capability, permissions, and network availability. Field conditions (coverage, storage limits, device policies, or restricted connectivity) can impact performance and the ability to generate reports, upload evidence, or access tooling.

Third-party services and tool gateways

AXIS may use third-party cloud services for specific functions such as rendering or scanning. These services operate as processors to deliver functionality and may be updated over time.

To reduce exposure, deployments may route tool requests through server-side gateways ("proxies") protected by authentication, token checks, and access controls. Vendor keys and internal tokens must not be embedded in operator-facing clients.

Not a legal system of record

AXIS is not a forensic evidence platform, a legal system of record, or a behavioral surveillance product. It provides operational capture and visibility and is intended to be governed by client policy, access controls, and retention configuration.

Limitation of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
